MCS NOTICE for Windows...

MCS NOTICE was designed to be placed in your STARTUP Program Group.

Whenever you start Windows, MCS NOTICE will search for any messages
that are dated from the advance notice you have defined. If there
are any, MCS NOTICE will display the message.

MCS NOTICE DATABASE is the program that creates and deletes messages
that will be read from MCS NOTICE.
